Raj has introduced large-scale communication strategies and advised on major initiatives while partnering with a range of groups including the Coca-Cola Company, Sesame Workshop, and PEPFAR. While acting as Director of Global Health at McCann Health, Raj facilitated collaboration between McCann, multinational companies, and not-for-profits, including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, USAID, and UNICEF. A former member of the UN Essential Medicines Working Group, Raj has been an invited speaker to numerous institutions, including the Kennedy School of Public Policy at Harvard University, The Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University, and the Qatar Foundation. He holds an MS of Immunology and a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Alberta.

Eric led innovative strategy and accounts for Coca-Cola and other major clients while at McCann Global Health. He helped found and build a startup medical device company focused on bringing affordable technology to the developing world. Prior to venturing into social enterprise, he worked in science journalism for National Public Radio and Cal Tech, agricultural research for Oxford University, and consulted on new media, business, and research. Throughout his career, Eric has distilled complex scientific and business ideas into clear and powerful stories. His hands-on experience in product development and chicken farming instilled a healthy respect for the nitty-gritty reality of building something that works.
Bill is an experienced copywriter and brand strategist with a particular interest in public health, social justice, and the arts.
A former Fulbright Scholar in Germany, Bill left academia for advertising in 2009 and spent the ensuing 7 years at McCann Worldgroup in New York City. During this time, he worked on a wide range of brands in the healthcare space, crafting several award-winning disease awareness and patient education campaigns. Since joining Emergence Creative, his strong background in research and storytelling has produced compelling narratives and campaigns for clients in the public health, international development, and social impact spaces. Bill holds a BA in English from Boston College and an MA in English and Literary Theory from the City University of New York, Hunter College.

Abby began her career at Edelman working on Unilever and Mondelez, as part of the consumer marketing team. She focused on garnering local and national media coverage in top-tier outlets and was part of the popular campaigns such as the AXE Detailer, Showerpooling for water conservation and the launch of BelVita Breakfast Biscuits. Prior to coming to Emergence Creative, Abby served as Director of Public Relations at Civic Entertainment Group where she worked on clients like Think It Up, Guiding Eyes for the Blind and Ford Motor Company. Her deep understanding of media and how consumers interact with brands has given her an appreciation for the art of efficient storytelling.

Fré lives in Berlin, where she is the driving designing force and artistic mastermind behind Chasin’ Pigeons. From building compelling brand identities and User Experience systems to illustration and exhibition designs, Fré helps companies arrive at their goals. She works with multinational corporations, social ventures, arts groups and nonprofit organizations. Her portfolio includes Career Foundry, Yunus Social Business and Tech Open Air Berlin. Fré holds a BSc in Industrial Design from the Eindhoven University of Technology and a MDes in Graphic Design from St. Joost Masters Breda.

Building on this expertise, Anand joined the newly formed Ahmedabad University as Dean of Strategy and Planning, assisting in the drafting of legislature and designing programs in management education.
